We accept payment via Paypal and cheque.

Website payments are processed securely through Paypal (you do not need a Paypal account to make a payment in this way). We do not receive any of your card details with this method.

If you wish to pay by cheque please email us your order. Orders paid by cheque will not be dispatched until the payment has reached our account.

We aim to dispatch your goods within 1-3 working days from receipt of your order (subject to stock availability).
All of our items are sent by Royal Mail Signed For 2nd class. If you need a quicker delivery please feel free to contact us.

We are happy to send our items worldwide however at present we only offer online sales to customers in the UK. Please e-mail for postage prices to Europe and the rest of the world. Orders are sent via Royal Mail.

We recycle packaging where possible to reduce waste, however you can be sure your parcel will be well wrapped to prevent damage in transit.

We really hope you will be thrilled with every item purchased from Bluebell Love, but if you are not satisfied please notify us in writing via email within 7 days. We will exchange or refund standard items as long as the goods are returned in original and unused, resaleable condition within fourteen days of receipt (this includes the packaging/labels). If returned items are returned in a less than saleable condition, we reserve the right not to refund.

Please include a copy of your delivery note when returning items.

When returning an item, we recommend that you use a recorded service as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the post. Items remain your responsibility until they reach us. 

Delivery charges and return postage will only be refunded if the item is found to be faulty.

Should an item arrived damaged/incomplete, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund. 

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations of 2000, personalised or bespoke items can not be returned or refunded unless faulty.

Our range of products are handmade and therefore are subject to slight variations in terms of fabric, pattern placement, and exact measurements, though these do not affect the overall appearance of the design. We take great care to ensure that photographs and text descriptions are a true representation of the products so that you receive items that you are happy with. Care instructions are included in product descriptions, please follow these to ensure your products have a long life.
